These terms apply to all services of Enjoy the Trip Amsterdam. Please read them before working with us.

Scope
These terms apply to every quote, assignment and agreement between Enjoy the Trip Amsterdam (Chamber of Commerce 94650519, Keizersgracht 520, 1017 EK Amsterdam) and you as the client. Deviations only apply if we agree to them with you in writing.
Our services
We guide and support you with education, tourism, investment, housing, work, legal matters and consular procedures. Our role is advisory and supportive. Where specialised help is needed, such as legal advice, we work with trusted partners.
No guarantee on the outcome
We do our utmost for a good result, but we cannot guarantee any admission, visa, permit or other outcome. The decision always rests with the competent authority or institution, such as the IND, a municipality, a university or an embassy. We never promise a guaranteed result.
Quotes and fees
Before we start we discuss what a process involves and what it costs. A quote is without obligation unless stated otherwise. Amounts are in euros. Third-party costs, such as government fees, fall outside our fee and are paid by you.
Your obligations
You provide the correct and complete information and documents we need for your process, on time. Applications run through your own email address that you control. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent a process; that falls outside our responsibility.
Payment
Payment is made directly and in a traceable way. We do not work with cash intermediary payments, crypto or intermediary accounts. Tuition and authority fees are paid by you directly to the relevant party; we only invoice our own guidance.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant assignment. We are not liable for decisions by third parties or for consequential damage. This limit does not apply in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.
Privacy
We handle your data with care. How we do this is set out in our privacy statement.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to our agreements. We submit disputes to the competent court in Amsterdam, after we have first tried to resolve them together.
Changes
We may amend these terms. The version that applies is the version on this page at the time of your assignment.
